Two men have been charged over a three-car crash in the Highlands that killed a teenage boy.
Gregor McIntosh died in the incident that took place on the A9 at the Munlochy junction on the Black Isle last December.
The 16-year-old, from Inverness, was a passenger in a Vauxhall Corsa when it was involved in the crash five days before Christmas.
Police have confirmed that the two men, aged 18 and 48, will now appear in court charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
A white Nissan Juke and a blue Volkswagen Polo were also involved in the incident.
The driver of the Polo was taken to hospital for treatment.
