A woman from Moray has smashed the world record for flipping a 20-stone tractor tyre.
Rachel Routledge more than doubled the record, managing 221 flips in an hour.
The 39-year-old hopes her achievement will inspire other women.
She told STV News: “What women are realising is that being strong isn’t something to shy away from.
“But I hope somebody comes chasing the record.
“Obviously I set what I set but it’s designed so someone can come and beat it, so bring it on.”
