Scotland’s most expensive flat, which comes with a butler and a chef, has been put up for sale.

The two-bedroom property in St Andrews overlooks the historic Old Course, and will set its future owner back £2.3m – the highest price per square foot of any residential property in Scotland currently on the market.

Hamilton Grand is owned by the same American company that owns the nearby Old Course Hotel, with those living in the building given access to several perks sourced from the hotel, including a 24-hour butler service, private chefs, and housekeeping.
