A section of the A9 had to be closed in both directions after a two car crash in Perth and Kinross.
Police were called to the scene between Calvine and Blair Atholl, near House of Bruar, at around 10.44am on Thursday.
One man has been taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment following the collision. His current condition is unknown.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area and find alternative routes while the road was closed.
Officers confirmed the road has since re-opened.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a crash involving two cars on the A9 near Blair Atholl around 10am on Thursday, 20 April.
“One man has been taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment and recovery has been arranged for the vehicles.
“The A9 has reopened after the earlier crash near Blair Atholl. Thank you to everyone for their patience.”
