Police have closed a major road near Aberdeen Airport after a crash involving one vehicle.

Officers said the A90 is closed southbound between Craibstone and Westhill following reports of a one-vehicle crash around 3pm on Monday.

Drivers are being advised to avoid the area and use an alternative route.

A Police Scotland statement read: “We’d like to thank you for your patience as vehicle recovery is arranged.”
