A90 northbound closed after vehicle bursts into flames following crash

Part of the A90 has been closed after a vehicle burst into flames following a crash in Angus.

Traffic Scotland confirmed that the northbound carriageway at the Hillside turn off was closed around 11am on Monday.

A diversion has been put in place and drivers have been advised to use alternative routes.

It has not yet been confirmed whether anyone has been injured in the incident.

Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
