An Aberdeenshire woman has been charged after she was stopped for drink driving twice within two days.
The first incident happened at around 5.15pm on Friday in Ellon, and the 43-year-old was stopped for a second time in the town the following day at around 5.50pm
The driver has been charged with drink driving offences and for breaching undertaking conditions.
She is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A woman has been arrested after being stopped twice for drink driving.
“The first incident occurred around 5.15pm in Ellon on Saturday, July 5, 2025. The second incident occurred, also in Ellon, around 5.50pm on Sunday, July 6, 2025.
“A 43-year-old woman has been charged in connection with drink driving offences and for breaching undertaking conditions. She is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday, July 7, 2025.
