An Audi car has been pinched from outside a house in Aberdeen.
The black Audi Q2 – with the registration ST17 VFE – was stolen from Forest Avenue at around 11pm on Monday.
It was last seen being driven towards Anderson Drive.
Police are appealing for witnesses and are urging anyone with CCTV to come forward.
There will also be additional patrols in the area as investigation works take place.
Detective constable Ryan Anderson said: “Firstly, I would appeal for members of the public to be vigilant and bear in mind that the Audi motor car is still outstanding.
“Anybody with information as to the current location of the vehicle is encouraged to contact police as soon as possible so that the vehicle can be recovered and returned to its rightful owner.
“I would also appeal for any witnesses to come forward, whether you have witnessed the crime or have simply seen persons acting in a suspicious manner nearby.
“I am also appealing for anyone in the area with CCTV to come forward and contact police. This includes doorbell cameras and vehicle dashcams.
“As we continue to carry out a number of enquiries in relation to this crime, residents may notice an increased police presence in the area, as we carry out additional patrols.”
The theft of the Audi comes less than a week after a Kia Ceed was also stolen in the city.
The car – with the registration SV09 FHB – was taken from a driveway in Countesswells Road between 5.30pm and 6pm on Wednesday, April 1.
A force spokesperson said: “Enquiries into this incident are ongoing and we urge anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area around this time to get in touch.
“In particular we would urge anyone who may have private CCTV to let us know if you have recorded anything of note.”
If you have any information on either of the thefts, call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
