Fubar NewsArmed police have responded to an ongoing incident in Aberdeen closing off roads while they deal with the disturbance.
Park Street is closed off between Park Road and Constitution Street as officers contain the scene on Lemon Street.
Police Scotland confirmed armed police and specialist officers are in attendance but said there is no wider threat to the public.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police are currently dealing with a disturbance in the Lemon Street area of Aberdeen and are being supported by specialist officers.
“The incident is contained and there is no wider threat to the local community.
“Park Street is shut between Park Road roundabout and Constitution Street and the public are thanked for their patience.”
