Police ScotlandA body has been found in the search for a missing woman in Aberdeen.
Alice Mitchell was originally reported to have gone missing on Monday around 11pm.
Police say a woman’s body was discovered in a field near to Kintore, Inverurie, at around 4.25pm on Thursday.
Formal identification has yet to take place but the family of Alice Mitchell, 82, have been informed.
The death is not believed to be suspicious and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
