A body found in Dundee has been confirmed as missing man Ryan Finnegan.
The discovery was made by officers near South Road in the city at around 8.45pm on January 10.
The 40-year-old had been reported missing on January 2 after not being seen by his family in over a month.
There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances, and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
