iStockAn investigation is ongoing three days after a body was pulled from a river in Coupar Angus on Friday.
Emergency services were called to Burnside Road after a body was discovered in the Coupar Burn at around 11.10am.
Police were still in the area on Monday carrying out further enquiries.
The identity of the body and the nature of death have not been determined. An investigation is ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.10am on Friday, November 28, 2025, a body was recovered from the water near to Burnside Road in Coupar Angus.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
