An eight-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Perth.
Emergency services were called to Crieff Road at around 8.50am on Wednesday following reports of a collision.
The schoolboy was taken to hospital for treatment. The seriousness of his injuries are not known.
The road has since re-opened following the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Crieff Road in Perth has now re-opened following a crash involving a vehicle and an 8-year-old male pedestrian.
“He was taken to hospital for treatment.
“The crash happened around 8.50am.
“Thanks to motorists for the patience.”
