A car has burst into flames outside a house in Fife.
Emergency services were called to Sycamore Avenue in Kirkcaldy after receiving reports of a car fire at 2pm on Tuesday.
Two appliances from Kirkcaldy were sent to the scene before crews left the area around three hours later, having extinguished the blaze.
There are no reported casualties.
Images from the scene showed large plumes of smoke in the air with the car engulfed by flames.
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
