Care home residents in Perthshire have been going for gold in an annual competition inspired by the Olympics.
Go 4 Gold began in 2012 when London hosted the summer Olympics, with residents in care homes and care settings battling it out in a range of activities.
Taking part in everything from ‘beer pong’ to mini golf, residents can also get creative during the challenges with arts and crafts competitions.
The annual event was cancelled last year due to the pandemic, and residents are delighted it has returned for 2021.
“I like to take part in as many things as I possibly can to support the home, “ said resident Ian Dewar.
“I really enjoyed it, it was good fun,’ added Avril Summers.
