Police say concerns are growing for the welfare of a missing woman from Dundee.
Amy Tares was leaving the Elders Court area towards Kirk Street/Atholl Street at around 1.45am on Monday, August 17, as confirmed through police enquiries.
The 28-year-old was believed to be in the Kirk Street area a few hours earlier, around 10pm on Sunday, August 16.
She is described as being 5ft 6 in height, of medium build, with brown hair. It’s understood she may be wearing a dark-coloured zipped hoodie, shorts and white trainers.
Sergeant Greg Dempster said: “It is unusual for Amy to go missing and as time passes concerns are growing.
“Our enquiries to trace her are ongoing and I am appealing for anyone who has seen her or who has any information on her whereabouts to contact us. I am also appearing directly to Amy – please contact officers if you see this appeal.
“I would also ask anyone who was in the area and who may have dash-cam or private CCTV which could assist to get in touch.”
Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 0982 of Monday, August 17..
