Concerns grow for man, 77, who went missing overnight 

Concerns are growing for a man who went missing over night from Aberdeen.

Bernard Allton was last seen around 8.15pm on Thursday around the Westburn Road area.

Police described the 77-year-old as around 5ft 6 tall, of large build with short grey hair.

Mr Allton was last seen wearing a pale blue t-shirt and green trousers.

The force is urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Anyone who thinks they might have seen Bernard or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 3847 of July 4.”
