A cyclist has been taken to hospital after a crash with a car near a roundabout in Aberdeen.
Officers were alerted to the collision that happened on Cromwell Road at its junction with Forest Avenue on Wednesday afternoon.
Police said that the 39-year-old female cyclist was taken to hospital by ambulance for further treatment.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a crash, involving a car and a cyclist, on Cromwell Road at its junction with Forest Avenue in Aberdeen around 4.30pm on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.
“Emergency services attended and the 39-year-old female cyclist was taken by ambulance to hospital for treatment.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the crash.”
