Emergency services were called to Tulloch Court at around 2.05pm following the discovery.
Detectives are treating the death as unexplained. An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing.
Officers were still in the area on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.05pm on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, emergency services attended at Tulloch Court, Dundee, following the death of a man.
“His death is being treated as unexplained. Enquiries are ongoing.”
