Death of woman found in home treated as 'unexplained'

The death of a woman found in a home in Dundee on Wednesday is being treated as unexplained.

Emergency services were called to the Glamis Road area at around 11.50am.

An investigation is ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.50am on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, officers were called to the Glamis Road area of Dundee following the death of a woman.

“Her death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.”
