Two dogs stolen in Perthshire have been found ‘safe and well’ in England by police.
The dogs, both female cocker spaniels, were stolen from a farm in Amulree, Dunkeld two weeks ago.
It is believed that thieves broke locks on outdoor kennels at the site before making off with the animals.
An appeal had been launched by Police Scotland in the search for the missing dogs.
Officers now say that both dogs have been traced safe and well at two different locations in England.
Enquiries are currently ongoing both sides of the border following the incident.
