Dozens of firefighters battled a blaze which broke out a hotel in Moray in the early hours of Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to Ladyhill House in Elgin just before 2am.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said six appliances were sent out to fight the fire.
The service battled the blaze for hours before bringing it under control.
The SFRS said one crew remains at the scene.
