Dozens of firefighters are battling a blaze across two houses in Moray that has led to the closure of the A96.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) sent eight crews to the scene on Regent Street in Keith at around 9.11am on Monday.
The A96 in the area is currently closed in both directions while the incident is dealt with.
No injuries have been reported.
A SFRS spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 9.11am on Monday to reports of a fire affecting two residential properties on Regent Street in Keith, Moray.
“Operations control immediately mobilised eight fire appliances to the scene.
“There are no casualties, and crews remain in attendance.”
Police Scotland urged people to avoid the area as emergency deal with the fire.
“Avoid the area and motorists should use an alternative route,” a the force said on social media.
“Cars should use Seafield Avenue/Station Road.
“Lorries should use the B9014 from Regent Square to Drummuir and the B9115 to the A96.”
