Emergency services have been called to the scene of a three car crash near Blair Atholl.
The incident is affecting both directions of traffic on the A9 with delays expected.
Police are currently at the scene.
Traffic Scotland have issued update son social media and warned drivers to take care.
There is no detail of any injuries at this time.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.20am on Friday, August 11, police were called to a report of a road crash involving three vehicles on the A9 near to Blair Atholl.
“Officers are in attendance and the vehicles will be recovered.”
