A “much loved son, brother and uncle” who died in a crash between a van and a bus on the A90 has been named.
The family of Darren Mills, a 32-year-old from Dundee, have said he will be “sadly missed” after his death in the collision on Thursday.
Emergency services were called to the incident, between Dundee and Forfar, around 8.10am on Thursday.
Seven others were taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment.
Inspector Greg Burns said: “Our thoughts remain with Mr Mills family at this sad time.
“His family have described him as a much loved son, brother and uncle who will be sadly missed.
“Our investigations continue and I would urge anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dash-cam footage of the incident who have not yet spoken to the Police to do so on 101.”
