iStockA 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with assaulting a 64-year-old woman in Fife.
Police were called to an incident in Bowhill Woods, Cardenden at around 7.15pm on Sunday, August 18.
Officers said the woman did not require hospital treatment.
Police, who have been searching for the boy since earlier this week, said he had left on an off-road motorbike.
The boy has been charged in connection with road traffic offences.
He will be the subject of a report to the relevant authorities, Police Scotland said.
