Residents have been urged to keep their doors and windows closed as fire crews battle a blaze in Aberdeenshire.
Emergency services were called to the property fire in Banff on Monday evening.
The A947 has been closed due to smoke in the area. Road users have also been advised to avoid the area.
It is not known if there are any injuries.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We are currently attending a house fire in Banff, Aberdeenshire.
“Road closures are in place on the A947 due to smoke. Please avoid the area where possible.
“Nearby residents are advised to keep windows and doors closed.”
