Dozens of firefighters were still battling a blaze in a derelict building in Aberdeenshire on Sunday night.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) teams remained at the property in Commercial Street, Macduff, well into Sunday night to extinguish the flames but no casualties were reported.
Plumes of smoke could be seen billowing into the sky as the teams tried to bring the blaze under control.
A spokesman for SFRS said: “We were alerted at 2.40pm on Sunday 22 March to reports of a fire within a derelict building in Commercial Street, Macduff.
“Operations control mobilised a number of resources which included seven fire appliances.
“Firefighters are working to contain and extinguish flames, but there are no reported casualties.”
