Best Viewed From AboveFirefighters have worked through the night to battle a blaze which broke out at a quarry in Aberdeenshire.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to reports of a fire at Stoneyhill Quarry at Longhaven, near Peterhead, at around 2.15pm on Saturday.
Six appliances and five officers were called to the scene.
Best Viewed From AboveDrone footage from the scene shows a large plume of smoke rising from buildings at the landfill site.
On Sunday, SFRS said a number of crews were still at the scene dampening down hot spots.
Four appliances remain at the landfill site as of 11.30am.
Best Viewed From AbovePolice said road closures were put in place between Auchriries and Cairn Catto.
The public have been urged to avoid the area.
