Emergency services were called to reports of a disturbance in the Pettycur Road area of Kinghorn on Thursday evening.
Police confirmed four male youths were taken to hospital for treatment.
An investigation has been launched and enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a disturbance involving a group of youths in the Pettycur Road area of Kinghorn, which happened on the evening of Thursday, April 10, 2025.
“Four male youths were taken to hospital for treatment.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact 101 quoting incident number 2956 of April 11, 2025.”
