A dog attack at a house in Aberdeen left four people needing hospital treatment.
The incident occurred at a property in the Crown Street area of the city, at around 5.15pm on Tuesday.
Emergency services attended the incident, and four people – aged 25, 27, 55 and 57, were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Their current conditions are unknown.
The dog involved in the attack has been left in the care of the Scottish SPCA.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “At around 5.15pm on Tuesday, 6 September, we were called to a report of a dog having attacked people within a property in Crown Street, Aberdeen.
“Four people – aged 25, 27, 55 and 57 – were treated at the scene and taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
“The dog has been left in the care of the Scottish SPCA.”
