Two teenage girls missing from Aberdeenshire have been traced “safe and well” by police.
Michaela Mannall, 18, and Bethany Watt, 16, were reported missing from Peterhead on Sunday, October 2.
The teenagers are thought to be using public transport and were recently spotted in the Glasgow and Edinburgh areas.
Police confirmed the youngsters were found “safe and well” on Monday.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We can confirm that Michaela Mannall and Bethany Watt, reported missing from Peterhead, have been traced safe and well.
“Thank you to everyone who shared and responded to our appeal.”
