Hunt for two men after Dundee premises robbed three times in one night

Police are hunting for two men after a premises in Dundee was robbed three times in one night.

Police say the first incident happened around 7.50pm on Monday, December 15, at a premises in the Luna Place area.

Following enquiries, it has been established that a male suspect dressed in dark clothing smashed a window before making off with a number of power tools.

Around 10.15pm, he returned, accompanied by another male suspect.

Police say they were seen climbing a fence and re-entering the premises before making off with more power tools.

The two men appeared for a third time around midnight on Tuesday and stole similar items.

They were seen making off towards the Riverside Avenue area and possibly towards Dundee city centre on each occasion.

Constable Nick Revill said: “These were high-value thefts and we are carrying out extensive enquiries to identify those responsible.

“I would appeal to anyone who may have been in the area around the time of these incidents to please contact us if you noticed anything suspicious, such as two individuals carrying heavy bags or boxes.

“Nearby roads would’ve been busy at the time of the thefts, so we are looking for anyone who may have witnessed anything or who has relevant CCTV or dash-cam footage to please come forward.”
