Detectives are searching for a white van after containers of cooking oil were stolen in an early-morning raid in Moray.
The theft happened between 4.30am and 4.45am on Monday, March 30, at a premises on Elgin’s Lodge Road.
The suspects are believed to have made off in a white van with the stolen containers.
Detectives are searching for a dog walker seen in the area at the time of the incident and may have witnessed the theft.
Constable Sammi Jacques said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone with information to contact us.
“We’d also be keen to speak to a person believed to have been walking their dog nearby at the time, who may have witnessed the theft.”
Those with information are asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 1824 of March 30, 2026.
