Two people were deliberately struck by a car in Dundee on Tuesday.

Emergency services were called to Balmoral Place after the men were rammed by a black Vauxhall Corsa in a hit-and-run at around 3.15pm.

The pair did not require medical treatment.

Detectives believe the incident was targeted and an investigation is ongoing.

Detective Inspector Craig Kelly said: “We have been carrying out extensive enquiries, including reviewing CCTV, and at this stage I am asking the public if they may have witnessed this incident to come forward.

“Similarly, anyone with private CCTV footage or drivers with dashcams should contact us.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident 2070 of June 10.
