STV NewsAn investigation into the discovery of “possible human material” found in the grounds of a church in Perth on Wednesday is still ongoing.
Emergency services were called to the Trinity Church of the Nazarene on York Place following the discovery.
The grounds were taped off by officers as detectives carried out enquiries.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, officers received a report of possible human material at a church on York Place, Perth.
“Enquiries are at an early stage and anyone with any information can contact police on 101, quoting reference 2440 of Wednesday, November 26, 2025.”
