A ladder smashed through the window of an Aberdeenshire school bus on Friday.
Officers were called to reports of a crash on the B994 Kemnock at around 8.15am on November 4.
A ladder which was attached to a van travelling in the opposite lane crashed into the windscreen and two side windows of the bus.
Police said that the bus driver sustained some minor injuries which did not require medical treatment. No other injuries were reported.
A post on social media alleged that more than 60 students were travelling on the school bus, which appears to belong to coach company Premier Coaches.
A Police Spokesperson said: “We received a report on Friday, November 4, of a crash involving a bus and a van on the B994 near Kemnay that happened around 8.15am.
“The bus driver sustained a minor injury but did not need medical treatment. There were no other reported injuries.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and anyone with information, including dash-cam, that could help, is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0636 of Friday, November 4, 2022.”
