A90 closed in both directions after serious three-car crash

A major road is closed in both directions after a three-car crash on Wednesday morning.

Emergency services were called shortly after 10.30am on December 28 to the incident on the A90 near Longhaven.

The road was closed in both directions with diversions in place and motorists are being asked to avoid the area.

It is not yet known if there are any injuries.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Shortly after 10.30am on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, we were called to a report of a three-car crash on the A90 near Longhaven.

“Emergency services are currently at the scene and the road is closed in both directions, with diversions in place.

“Motorists are asked to avoid the area.”
