A man has appeared in court charged with multiple counts of attempted murder and drink driving after three people were struck by a car in Moray.
Emergency services were called to the incident outside a nightclub in Cluny Square, Buckie at around 2am on September 21.
Two men were taken to hospital and the area was cordoned off while police carried out enquiries.
On Monday, Christopher Parry from Aberdeen appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court charged with four counts of assault to injury, with one count of to the danger of life and four attempted murder charges.
The 56-year-old was also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol over the legal limit.
Parry made no plea during his appearance, was committed for further examination and granted bail.
He is next due to appear in court at a later date.
