STV NewsA man has appeared in court charged with intent to rape after a woman was attacked in Aberdeen.
The 21-year-old woman was allegedly attacked on Don Street in the Seaton area of the city at around 10.30pm on Thursday night.
Officers arrested and charged Abdulmajid Sarras in connection with the incident.
The 27-year-old appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court charged with sexual assault to injury with intent to rape, indecent communications and sexual exposure.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
Sarras is due to appear in court for a second time within the next eight days.
