A man has been arrested after cannabis worth £93,000 was seized in a raid in Fife.
Officers made the discovery at around 11.50am on Wednesday while conducting a search at a property on Barclay Street, Cowdenbeath.
Police confirmed a quantity of cannabis with an estimated street value of around £93,000 was recovered.
A 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a drugs recovery in Cowdenbeath.
The man is due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Thursday.
Sergeant John Nicol said: “This seizure is part of our ongoing efforts to tackle the supply of illegal drugs and disrupt criminal activity within our communities.
“It highlights our commitment to the Serious and Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious and Organised Crime Strategy.
“Anyone with drug-related crime is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 or report anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
