A man has been arrested after potentially hazardous substances were found within an Aberdeen home on Monday.
Police raided the property on Cadenhead Place in the Kittybrewster area of the city at around 8.30am.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service also attended the incident and chemical items were recovered.
A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
An investigation is still ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 33-year-old man has been arrested following the discovery of potentially hazardous materials in the Kittybrewster area of Aberdeen.
“Around 8.30am on Monday, June 9, 2025, officers executed a warrant at a property on Cadenhead Place.
“Emergency services attended and chemical items were recovered.
“There is no risk to the wider public.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
