A man has been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault of a woman in Dundee.
Officers were alerted to the incident that happened around 11.40am on Tuesday on King Street.
A 50-year-old was involved in the attack.
Police confirmed that a 40-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the incident.
The force said enquiries into the incident are ongoing and urged anyone with information to come forward.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.40pm on Tuesday, February 20, police received a report of a sexual assault on a 50-year-old woman in King Street, Dundee.
“Officers attended and a 40-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident. Enquiries are continuing.”
