A 34-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the recovery of a significant haul of cocaine and heroin in Aberdeen.
He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
Officers acted on intelligence received by the public and arrested the man in the Guild Street area of the city on Tuesday, recovering a low four-figure sum of money in the process.
A drug search warrant was issued for an address on Walker Road, Torry, resulting in the recovery of cocaine and heroin worth approximately £72,600.
Detective Constable Jordan Cheyne of North East CID said :”Police Scotland are dedicated to disrupting those involved in the sale and supply of controlled drugs within our communities and we are grateful for the continued support and assistance provided by the public.
