A man has been charged after cocaine and cannabis with an estimated value of £70,000 was seized in Aberdeen.
Officers made the discovery while attending a property on Great Northern Road around 4pm on Friday.
A quantity of cocaine with an estimated value of £69,480 and cannabis with an estimated value of £210 was found within the property.
Police Scotland confirmed a three-figure sum of money was also recovered.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the discovery.
He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday.
The force is urging anyone with information about drugs in their area to come forward.
Detective sergeant Craig Murray said: “Drugs cause misery in our communities and Police Scotland is determined to bring those responsible for the supply of illegal substances to justice.
“The public has an important role and we encourage anyone with information or concerns about drugs to contact us via 101, or make a call anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
