A man has been charged following a “contained incident” following a disturbance in Aberdeen.
Emergency services were called to the Seaton area of the city around 2.25pm on Tuesday.
School Road, between Seaton Avenue and King Street, was closed as officers responded to the incident.
The Scottish Ambulance Service confirmed two special operations response teams were dispatched to the scene after 3pm.
A 54-year-old man was later arrested in connection with the disturbance and has since been charged.
He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday.
A police statement read: “The incident was contained and there was no risk to the wider public.
