A man has been charged after a police car crashed into a wall during a pursuit across Peterculter.
The incident occurred when a vehicle failed to stop while driving along North Deeside Road at around 7.45pm on Saturday.
Officers followed the car before crashing into a wall near the junction with North Deeside Road and Malcolm Road.
No one was injured as a result of the crash.
The car being followed was traced and a 32-year-old man was charged with various road traffic offences.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers became aware of a vehicle travelling on North Deeside Road in Peterculter which subsequently failed to stop when signalled shortly after 7.45pm on Saturday, August 7.
“The vehicle was subsequently traced and a 32-year-old man has been charged with various road traffic offences. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
“A police vehicle was involved in a collision with a wall near the junction with North Deeside Road and Malcolm Road while responding to the incident.
“Neither of the officers in the vehicle were injured.”
