Drugs worth £60,000 have been recovered after a man was stopped at Aberdeen Train Station.
At around 7.40am on Thursday, a 65-year-old man was searched.
He was allegedly found to be in possession of a large quantity of cannabis.
He was arrested and charged and is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Friday.
Detective constable Daniel Connelly said: “We remain committed to tackling the supply of controlled drugs in the North East and pro-actively target the individuals intent on causing harm to our local communities.
“We rely on the support of the public to help us take action to disrupt the drug trade.
