Adobe StockA man has been charged in connection with the assault of a woman on a street in Aberdeen on Thursday.
The 21-year-old woman was allegedly attacked on Don Street in the Seaton area of the city at around 10.30pm.
Officers arrested and charged a 27-year-old man in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Following enquiries into an assault in Aberdeen, officers have arrested a 27-year-old man. The incident occurred on Thursday, June 5 2025, in Don Street, Seaton, when a 21-year-old woman was assaulted.
“The 27-year-old male has been charged in connection with the incident and is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday, June 9, 2025.”
