The family of a man who died after being stabbed in Aberdeen have paid tribute to their “much-loved son and brother”.
Jacek Dembinski, from Aberdeen, was found with serious injuries outside Rosehill Court around 4.30pm on Tuesday.
He is understood to have suffered stab wounds and was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment where he died on Thursday.
The 44-year-old’s family have now released a statement through Police Scotland following his death.
They wrote: “Jacek was a much loved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and step-father.
“He will be greatly missed by all. We ask for our privacy as a family to be respected at this difficult time.”
A 43-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death.
He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday.
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
